Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) is the Army’s new way to keep soldiers healthy and combat-ready. It focuses on five key areas: physical fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and spiritual wellness. Why does it matter? The old Army fitness system was broken. Over half of all soldiers got injured every year. Many couldn’t deploy because of injuries. The Army spent $577 million yearly treating preventable injuries.
